  • Procurement Executive – Tender (OG-I/AVP): 1
  • Procurement Officer – Quotation (OG-II/OG-I): 1
  • Procurement Officer – Tender (OG-II/OG-I): 1

Combined Qualifications

  • Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute
  • Preferred Education:
    • Master’s degree and/or relevant professional diplomas or certifications in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Department Head – 6+ years in store management, inventory control, stationery procurement (supervisory/managerial experience preferred)
    • Procurement Executive – 3+ years in centralized procurement (bank/MNC/public sector experience preferred)
    • Procurement Officer (Quotation & Tender) – 3+ years in procurement functions, with hands-on experience in RFQ/RFP processes and compliance with PPRA or equivalent regulations
  • Other Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong administrative, interpersonal, and vendor-management skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
    • Proven ability to develop and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Standard Bidding Documents (SBD), and tenders
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-procurement platforms (e.g., EPADS)
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement rules, SOPs, and best practices for public and private sector purchasing operations
    • Ability to communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
