NADRA Announces Job Openings for Intelligence Officers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha & Faisalabad

Islamabad, September 28, 2025 – The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), operating under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has announced multiple job vacancies for the position of Intelligence Officer at its headquarters in Islamabad and field offices in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and Faisalabad.

This recruitment drive is being conducted under NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, with the aim of hiring skilled and experienced professionals for intelligence-based roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation (10th Grade).

• Applicants must have successfully completed 3 Months Intelligence Course from any of the following:

  • SMI (School of Military Intelligence)

  • DSNI (Directorate of Staff and Naval Intelligence)

  • SOI (School of Infantry)

  • Naval Intelligence Academy

  • IB (Intelligence Bureau) Academy (not applicable for female candidates)

• Candidates with experience of serving in:

  • Any intelligence setup

  • Police

  • Civil or military law enforcement agencies will be preferred.

• Candidates must attach a copy of Intelligence Course Report with their CV/application.

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will undergo a 06-month probation period, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

2. Clearance from civil/military intelligence agencies is mandatory.

3. Applicants must hold a valid security clearance.

4. Selected candidates will receive a lump sum monthly salary package, based on experience and skills.

5. Government employees must apply through the proper channel with an official NOC (No Objection Certificate).

6. Candidates must bring original documents (Educational, Domicile, Experience & Training Certificates) at the time of the interview.

7. The hiring authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

8. Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic device during interviews/tests is strictly prohibited.

9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews/tests.

10. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided.
