   • There should be at least one solar technician from each union council within the district.

   • Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years of age.
     
3. Minimum Education Required:
   
   • Matriculation (10th grade pass) or equivalent is mandatory.
     
4. Gender Quota:
   
   • 50% of the participants must be female, promoting gender equality in technical education.
